The food truck phenomenon

The new hotness in the Triangle right now is the food truck. Not just any food truck, but kitschy little gourmet food trucks that serve up such ailments as duck fat tater tots, spicy Korean style BBQ, and little garlic knots stuffed with pesto and whole cloves of garlic. You can now dine on delicious fodder right in the streets of downtown Durham while enjoying the skyline and the thrill of possible danger.

Here, outside of Motorco, parked Pie Pushers and KoKyu BBQ.

We had already eaten dinner. But we contemplate the idea of dinner number two.

It might not be so bad to just have one pork belly taco, right?
